This guide prices and rates AI-generated adult series from Candy AI. Candy's rules require users to be 18+ and say its AI content must not "bear any resemblance to minors".
LeaveEvery public series page on candy.ai is read twice, from two clean sessions, and the two reads must match. How we check
Candy refunds only within 24 hours of the charge, only if you have used 20 tokens or fewer, and only for card payments. Canceling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current one.
This page restates what Candy's help center and terms of service say about refunds and cancellation, as read on Oct 19, 2026. We are not Candy and cannot grant or refuse a refund; only Candy can. Where the two documents differ, we say so.
| Condition | What Candy says |
|---|---|
| Time | The request has to come within 24 hours of the charge. |
| Usage | Refunds are denied once more than 20 tokens have been used. |
| Payment method | Only purchases made by card can be refunded. |
All three have to hold. In Shorts terms, the usage cap is tight: 20 tokens is 1 standard paid episode, and 0 twin episodes. If you subscribed to test Shorts and opened more than that, the refund door is shut.
Canceling stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the period you paid for. It does not return money for that period. To cancel, Candy's help center points to My Profile, then Settings, then the Unsubscribe option at the bottom of the page. Candy offers no pause.
Deleting the account (My Profile, Settings, Danger Zone) also cancels a subscription if you do it before the renewal date, according to the help center. It removes everything else too, so cancel first if you might come back.
A help center article says canceling keeps your account, content and tokens. Section 10.2 of the terms says remaining tokens expire at the end of the billing period. Those two cannot both be right for the same account, so assume the stricter one and spend tokens before the period ends.
For reference, the billing lines Candy shows on its subscriptions page:
The usage condition is the one most people miss. Here is what 20 tokens means in Shorts episodes:
| Episode price | Episodes you can open and stay within the cap | Tokens after one more |
|---|---|---|
| 12 tokens | 1 | 24 |
| 30 tokens | 0 | 30 |
These cases apply the three conditions as Candy states them. Only Candy decides real requests; the outcomes below are what the written rules point to.
| Action | Stops renewal | Returns money | Keeps the account |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cancel (Unsubscribe) | yes | no | yes |
| Delete the account before renewal | yes, per the help center | no | no |
| Refund request | no, cancel as well | only if the three conditions hold | yes |
Hello, I was charged [amount] on [date] (shown as "EverAI") for a Candy subscription on the account [email]. I am writing within 24 hours of the charge, I paid by card, and I have used [number] tokens. Please refund this charge and confirm that the subscription is canceled.
Keep the reply and a screenshot of the cancellation screen. If the subscription renews again later, those are the records you will need.
| Series type | First paid episode | Within the cap after it? |
|---|---|---|
| Standard series | 12 tk | yes |
| Twin series | 30 tk | no |
In practice, opening a single twin episode, or two standard ones, ends the possibility of a refund under Candy's rules.
A refund comes from Candy under its own rules. A dispute or chargeback goes through your bank under the bank's rules, and is meant for charges you did not authorize. If the purchase was yours, Candy's refund route is the one that applies; if it was not, the EverAI page has the steps to check before calling the bank.
The refund conditions on this page come from two Candy documents: a help center article on refunds and section 10.4 of Candy's terms of service. Cancellation steps come from the help center article on canceling, and the note on tokens from a help center article and section 10.2 of the terms, which disagree with each other. We quote what they say; we have not tested a refund ourselves, and Candy can change its policy at any time, so check the help center if your case is close to a limit.
Candy's documents set the conditions but not the process: how fast support answers, whether a refund returns the whole amount, and how a refund interacts with the Premium tokens already credited. We have not filed a request ourselves. If your case depends on those details, ask Candy's support in writing and keep the reply.

My Profile, then Settings, then Unsubscribe at the bottom. Canceling stops the next renewal.

Only if you have used 20 tokens or fewer, and one twin episode costs 30. Opening one ends the refund option under Candy's rules.
Canceling stops the next renewal. A refund for the current period follows the separate refund rules.
Candy's written rules do not make an exception for renewals: a request within 24 hours, 20 tokens or fewer used, card payment.
To Candy's support, through its help center. This site cannot process refunds.
The rules we read do not mention partial refunds; they describe when a refund is denied.
The decision is Candy's under its rules. If the charge was not made by you or anyone in your household, your bank can explain its dispute process.
Only tokens used count against the cap of 20.

Candy's rules as we read them describe purchases in general: a request within 24 hours, 20 tokens or fewer used, card payment.
