Who EverAI is

The footer of Candy's subscriptions page names the operator: EverAI Limited, Nr. C107181, 56 Central Business Centre, Triq Is-Soll, Santa Venera SVR 1833, Malta. Candy's help center confirms that card statements show the charge as "EverAI" rather than "Candy". The name on the statement is therefore normal and not, by itself, a sign of fraud.

These are the billing lines Candy shows on its subscriptions page, as read on Nov 2, 2026. A charge that matches one of them is very likely a Candy subscription; other amounts can be token purchases.

If you did not expect the charge

1. Check who has access. A household member or a shared card can explain a charge nobody remembers.
2. Find the account. Search your email for messages from Candy; the sign-up uses an email address or a Google or Discord login.
3. Cancel the renewal. In the account: My Profile, Settings, then Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page.
4. Ask for a refund quickly. Candy refunds only within 24 hours, only if 20 tokens or fewer were used, and only for card payments. Details on the refund page.
5. Talk to your bank if you are sure no one in your household made the purchase.

Payment methods Candy accepts

Candy's help center lists cards, crypto, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer, depending on your location, and asks members to keep at least one payment method on file. Only card payments qualify for a refund under Candy's rules.

Why the charge renews

Candy says its plans renew automatically for the same term until you cancel; the monthly plan renews at $13.99 after a first month at a lower price. The low monthly prices belong to plans charged up front for several months, so a renewal can be larger than the monthly figure you remember. Policy terms on this page were read on Oct 19, 2026.

An amount that matches none of these can still be Candy: token packs are sold inside the app, and their prices are shown only after login, so we cannot list them. Currency conversion by your bank can also shift the figure slightly.

Before you call your bank

• Check every email inbox in the household for a Candy sign-up or receipt.
• Check whether a Google or Discord account was used to sign up: the Candy account then has no password of its own.
• If you find the account, cancel the renewal first, then ask Candy for a refund within the window.
• If you are sure nobody you know made the purchase, your bank can explain its dispute process.

What each plan costs over a year

Over a year the billing cycle changes the total far more than the monthly figure suggests. If several EverAI charges appear close together, the short cycles explain it: weekly and two-weekly billing are listed on Candy's subscriptions page alongside the plans.

Reading the statement line

Look at four things: the name, the amount, the date and the currency. The name should read "EverAI". The amount should match a plan above or be a token purchase. If your card is not in US dollars, your bank converts the amount, so it can differ from the dollar figures by the exchange rate and any fee your bank applies.

Stopping future charges

1. Log in to the Candy account, with email and password or with Google or Discord.
2. Open My Profile, then Settings, and use Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page.
3. Keep a screenshot of the confirmation.
4. Spend any tokens left before the period ends, since Candy's documents disagree on whether they survive.

When the next charge comes

Candy says plans renew automatically for the same term. Weekly and two-weekly billing, also listed on the subscriptions page, repeat on their own shorter cycle.

If you share a card

A shared card is one common way an EverAI charge surprises someone. Candy accounts can be created with an email and password or with a Google or Discord login, so the person who subscribed may not have used an email you would search. Asking around the household first is quicker than any dispute, and if the subscription turns out to be wanted, the fix may simply be a different card on the account; Candy's help center asks members to keep at least one payment method on file.

Keep a record

Whatever you decide, keep the statement line, any receipt email from Candy, a screenshot of the subscription screen and, if you cancel, the confirmation. If a charge appears again after canceling, those records are what support or your bank will ask for.

What each plan charge includes in tokens

Candy's help center says Premium tokens are added monthly and that yearly subscribers also receive them every month, so a charge for a year does not drop all its tokens at once.

Renewal or new purchase?

A renewal repeats the amount of the plan's cycle on its date; for the monthly plan, the renewal is the higher regular price that follows the first month. A new purchase is anything else: a first subscription, a plan change or a token pack. If two different amounts appear, one is likely a plan and the other a token purchase. The subscription screen in the Candy account is the place to confirm which plan is active.
